Initial Intake Appointment

This is a dedicated time for me to begin getting to know you, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. During this first visit, we will complete an initial  assessment and thoughtfully begin developing a treatment plan together. This plan will include goals, helping to guide our work in a way that feels supportive, personalized, and aligned with your needs.


Individual Therapy Sessions

These 45-minute sessions are a dedicated time just for you, offering a supportive and confidential space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will focus on your growth, working toward the goals we’ve identified while also allowing space for what feels most important in the moment. Our work will be guided by your needs, helping you build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Cigna/Evernorth, Cigna EAP, United Healthcare,  United Behavioral Health, Priority Health, Blue Cross Complete, Meridian, McLaren, and Medicare.
 

Diagnostic Intake Session: From $180
 

Psychotherapy Session: From $125
 

Rates reflect private pay/out of network. Sliding scale fees available and are income based.

 

Social Work Licensing Supervision

I offer social work licensure supervision in a supportive and collaborative environment, helping you meet state requirements while strengthening your clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and confidence. Supervision is tailored to your needs, providing guidance, feedback, and space to grow as you work toward independent licensure.
 

Payments Accepted: Cash, Health Savings, Mastercard, Visa, or Zelle
 
If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment must be rescheduled.  

Please note that there is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy:  Summit Behavioral Health charges a $30 fee for missed appointments or appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
